For some reason I am unable to watch the video because when I do, it gives this blinking issue. There is no issue with audio, just the visuals. This also happens with Episode 13 as well.

Hi. Please don’t use VLC. It can’t playback many modern fansub releases. We can only guarantee playback compatibility with mpv. MPC-HC with lav filters and xy-vsfilter should also work but we offer no support for that.
